Lawrence has a unique and valuable skill set that proved very useful in the course of projects we worked on together. He is an exceptionally capable programmer and modeler. We put a couple of very challenging modeling/automation challenges in front of him he solved them fairly easily.
In solving these programming problems for us, he demonstrated a skill set that by itself is a very useful. However, what sets Lawrence apart from most others with highly developed technical skills is his high degree of financial sophistication, good business sense, and broad creativity. In particular, he understands capital markets and financial products and has a strong commercial instinct for finance related endeavors.
